It's like... yeah. We KNOW.

You know what? I absolutely can not stand it when people take pictures of the sky.

Especially when they're like "Oh my gosh! Look how pretty the clouds are! Look how gorgrous the colors are! *snap*"

We know that the sky has pertty clouds and colors. It does every day. It offends me that people think that they can take such magnificance and capture it on film. You can't. The only way to appreciate it properly is to say "Wow, look how pretty the sky looks right now," and maybe watch it for a while.

People take pictures of things to remember them. The sky has been there yesterday, and it will be there tomorrow, and it will never look the same twice, but that's the BEAUTY of it. A beauty that is completely demeaned with every picture. Yes, the sky makes a beautiful background, but a picture OF the sky is completly pointless and overpretentious. I'd be more worried if people felt the NEED to take pictures of the sky, because they didn't know how much longer they'd have to look at it. Please, if you want to see a picture of a beautiful sky, just go outside, and if I want to see a beautiful sky, I'll do the same.

Please leave it at that, because the photos really aren't doing it justice.

Wot?
